Welcome to our Re-Pair Ambassador program, an exclusive user-friendly customer portal designed for our customers as they shift from the old to the new, from one season to the next, and from one line of apparel to the new one, all in a sustainable and responsible fashion.

 

Here, our designated Re-Pair Ambassadors will take care of the customers´ returned, unsold, overstock, obsolete, damaged, recalled and defective apparel and textiles and do our best to transform them from rags to high street fashion.

Here´s how you will benefit from our program:

• You will be automatically signed into our exclusive online customer portal, with a monthly subscription.

• You will be assigned your own exclusive Re-Pair Ambassador for your benefit who will:

  • Organize pick up / drop off, and redistribution of your apparel and textile excesses.

  • Provide mending of damaged apparel if possible.

  • Provide Collection, Disassembling, Recycling and Upcycling services of textile and clothing excesses.
